Our Old, Old Man - Mr. Cole

Truth be told, we can't imagine life without this kid.  It feels as though he has always been with us and we just continue to love every moment we have with him.

He loves yellow

He eats about five breakfasts

He need his blankie and dummy for naps and bedtime

He loves donuts and grandma shopping

He loves Super Why or anything else that involves letters and numbers and words

He can count and spell a bit

He loves music class

One of my favorite things about his is his love for his siblings.  He was genuinely happy for Andi and Ryan on their birthdays and never threw a fit or wanted the attention for himself.  He deserved to be loved and adored on his birthday because he truly loved and adored the others on their day.  So it was quite rewarding to hear him walking around saying, "I'm the birthday boy!"

 Cole's birthday was on a Sunday so we had a normal morning followed by church and then grandpa grandpa, grandma shopping and Aunt Bri came over for dinner, pinata, cake and presents.

 That night they all slept well and slept close!

 The next day at pick up Baby Jake was so excited to give Cole his gift and Cole felt so special and giddy!!!  It was adorable.

 Papa and grandma nette's package arrived and Cole proudly announced he has the same thing as Ryan's but it's little.  We love anything he has to pronounce with a "l".

 We got him a wooden puzzle and was so pleased to watch him play with it all week.  The morning after his birthday he spent a good forty-five minutes working on his puzzle.  It's been out all week because he keeps going back to it.

I was feeling generous that morning and also pulled out some finger paints.  What has happened to me??

Who is your best friend?  Jacob

What do you like doing at home?  wrestle

What do you love about your sister?  Andi?  Ummm, pet me because I'm so soft

What do you love about Jackson?  Uh, wrestle

What do you love about Ryan?  play with me on computer

What do you love about school?  Uh, Jackson and Ryan go to school

What do you love about church?  eat some food in my class at church and my teacher and do puzzles in my class at church

What do you love about mom and dad?  Uh, you guys?  Uh, I like you because you're my mommy.  I like daddy because he's my dad.
