The Utah Flip

So we did it - a while ago... I am just a little delayed. We got this house in Provo, Ut. and we have to sell it by November. We got a great deal and are hoping to do well with this one.

As you can see there isn't as much work to do as in Second St. - so hopefully Wes, Paige, Andrew and I can pull this one off ON TIME!

The new sprinklers have been installed and the grass already looks amazing!!!!! We are excited for this one cause it's mainly all cosmetic!

The Lake & Bis Abuelos

A Utah Plus = A Quick, fun trip to the Lake!!! It's so easy and there's no 405 or 101!!!!

My grandparents came to spend a week and a half with us!!!! We are so excited because I can't remember the time, if ever, that we have had the chance to hang out this much. They have been so helpful around the house, the yard and with the Jackson.

I have been pretty sick - well I can't say that. I have been tired and have needed to lie down a lot in the morning, so they have been so kind as to watch Jackson for me while I get that extra rest.

Considering Andrew is in Cali. again, this has been such a blessing.
We had the chance to visit Temple Square yesterday and it was such a nice day.
I guess any event that begins with a nice lunch and a great view, can't go wrong!

I am sure there will be more pictures later on because we are having a blast!

Old and New Friends

We will ALWAYS hold a special place in our hearts for those we met in Malibu. The Palisades ward and the Pepperdine gang hold so many memories for us. Last night we had the chance to reunite with some friends of ours. We haven't seen eachother for almost two years. Lance, Ashleigh and their son Kai, were great hosts. We had the chance to tour Salt Lake, see the U, check out the restaurant Noodles, and have an incredible dessert back at their place. You can count on more gatherings in the future!

When we got home, we then had the chance to be introduced to our new friend. We said good-bye to our 30 year old mattress, and with open arms, and grateful backs, we welcomed our brand new bed!!! We slept wonderfully last night!

Overall we have to say it was a wonderful day!

Shout Out To Giselle & Andrew

Giselle, he's using his glasses!!!! For the most part, they are remaining on his head... until he decides he wants to put them on himself, but once he realizes he can't, he has me put them back on him.

Oh but don't let this fool you, we really aren't walking as much as we should!! It's just so freakin' hot - as you can tell by looking at Jackson's rosey face!

I Love Comcast

As of today, we are up and running again - YEAH INTERNET!!! Things have been great here in Utah and even great in California. Until yesterday, Jackson and I have been getting to know Utah while Andrew has been working his butt off in California. Things are going well at the house, should be done next week (gee how many times have I said that???).
The nice thing was, Andrew surprised me and came home early yesterday because it was our FOUR YEAR ANNIVERSARY! It was a nice day with my zombie of a husband (he drove all night) but it was great to be here, in our new home, with my husband and best friend.
Sitting here it's difficult to capture so much time in one post - so I hope these pictures do the trick. There are some from the trip Jackson and I made to California... June 22 (left at 5:30pm) - June 23 and then just other random pictures here in Utah.

There's nothing like helping dad and Uncle Wes test out the new sprinklers! I think they work!!

Jackson is eating at the poolside in Vegas - he and I stopped at our resort to make him a little sleepy for the ride... it worked, he slept from Vegas to Saint George, Ut.!!!!

Four Years!
Jackson did have a chance to ride this in the water - but the camera wasn't handy at the time. Maybe cause the photographer was scared out of her mind!!!
