Obituary

On November 21, 2007 we lost our beloved Wesley Ryan Anderson. Wes, as he was more affectionately known, passed away peacefully and painlessly at the young age of 25 years. After getting up to make breakfast for the love of his life, Paige, he sent her out the door with a homemade lunch complete with a love note on her napkin. With their little dog Bella in arm, he went back to bed where he passed away from heart complications. After being found by his little sister and bother-in-law, medical personnel worked diligently to revive him. They went above and beyond their duties but were unable to bring him back. His family was told his heart was enlarged. How fitting that Wes passed away because his heart was too big. Wes lived in Provo, Utah.
Wes was born on January 22, 1982 in Panorama City, California to Richard and Annette Anderson. He was the fifth of six children. He was raised in Acton, CA during his entire childhood. His football career began on the dance floor at Dancin’ in Acton (how else could such a big, manly man have been so graceful on that football field?) He attended Vasquez High School in Acton where he was the star football player- GO # 35! At age 19 he served a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the France-Talouse Mission. Upon returning from his mission he lived in Malibu with his brother and sister-in-law, Andrew and Rachel, while attending and playing football for Pierce College. He later moved in with his Grandma Sue and transferred to College of the Canyons in Santa Clarita, CA where his elite football skills were noticed and he transferred to BYU. In 2006 he met Paige Mikel DuVal and the happy couple were married on February 15, 2007 in the Salt Lake City Temple for time and all eternity. With his BYU graduation only months away, Wes was planning on attending chiropractic school where he would fulfill his dreams of becoming a chiropractor.
Wes was a family man who was so happy just being with those he loved. From golf to board games, he loved it all as long as he played until he won! He was an athlete who loved all sports and was a natural at all of them. On several occasions, Wes saved the lives of those he loved from spiders to falling pianos during his many sleepwalking escapades. Truly his father’s son, Wes always had a project going and he always put his whole self into it. His most recent conquest was remodeling a home that they would later sell.
Wes was a man with so many friends and not a single enemy. Nobody could ever stay mad at him-he wouldn’t let you! He touched so many lives during his short stay on earth. He made us all laugh and he showed us how much he loved us. We all love him so much and will miss everything about him-even the sarcasm
Wes is survived by his loving wife, Paige (Bella); parents, Richard and Annette ; three brothers-Christopher, Andrew (Rachel) Anderson and Curtis (Tristan) Anderson; two sisters- Tori Anderson-Odom and Shay (Kioa) Fifita; two nieces Mya and Zoe, two nephews Ivan and Jackson; grandmother Ethel Anderson; his new family- Eric and Robyn Adams, Greg and Pam DuVal, Robert and Brigette Thayer, and the entire Hathaway and DuVal families who treated him as their own.
Services for Wes will be held on Monday, November 26, 2007 at the Grandview 11th Ward, 900 West 2150 North in Provo, UT-84604. For those wishing to attend, the viewing will begin at 12:30pm and funeral services will begin at 2:00pm.

An Amazing Brother

Wednesday morning Andrew's brother passed away from an
enlarged heart. Ironically you could always say Wes had a rather large heart. He is and always will be an incredible man. We are currently in Utah now where Wes lived with his wife Paige. Words really escape me at a time like this but pictures are always a comfort.

I Asked For It

NEVER post that there is nothing to report because you just may be given something to report!!!! I swear yesterday morning, on my way to work, I was simply going with the flow of traffic. Why I was pulled out of the crowd, I will never know because I was too ticked off to ask! BUT what bothered me the most was on my ticket, he put down that I am WHITE - I NEED A TAN!!!

So here Jackson and I sit, listening to Christmas music, as I try to figure out how much this thing is going to cost me!!

Thanks to the Kit Kat, I was able to cut all ten fingernails in ONE sitting!!

Two Years!!!

Happy Birthday Beckham & Hudson!! We hope you have a wonderful day at the park celebrating yourselves! And give mommy a break too - she had it tough two years ago~

Official Actonites!

The Actual Halloween

First of all - I have to say I am so impressed with those of you that posted LAST NIGHT - you guys are amazing.
Yesterday my day began at school. I only took a picture with my FRESHMAN, cause I forgot to do it with my SOPHOMORES. I left work quickly but still ended up spending an hour and a half making my way home - I hate my commute! Once home and settled, we were able to enjoy the evening. Jackson and I had a little photo op before we left.


Our plan was to go to the Acton Park considering it's just down the street. Off we were in the little wagon with my parents and my friends Sarah and Jesse and their son Talan.


Considering we no longer live in the city, we made the trek in the pitch black night Acton has to offer. Upon our arrival, we noticed there were only THREE cars participating in this Trunk-O-Treat!
So the boys made their rounds and Jackson pulled Talan in the wagon all while Andrew and my dad ran back home to get the cars so we could find a better location.

WE found one with some people still greeting little children. It was now EIGHT or so, but they were troopers.

Jackson even thought it was his duty to try to open the doors for these people - he didn't want to waste any time. If they didn't answer after his little knocks, he was going in to get what he came for.

At one house, he even thought he could walk away - or ride away, with the real goodies... maybe Christmas huh!!?!?

I forgot about these... they are old but still - here they are!
