On Our Own

Driving home from work Friday, grandma told me about their lunch.... potatoes and wieners in a tortilla with refried beans. So when Andrew had to work late, I knew I had no choice but to go back to my childhood. I remember our hot dog, baked beans, ketchup, brown sugar, cheese casserole. So.... I decided I would blend the two for dinner. The kids LOVED it! Maybe they were biased because they helped to make it.

This is all that ended up on the floor when Andi tossed her bowl down - not bad!
